Why Are We One of a Kind?
"Sometimes being the only one is valuable, or perhaps it's just about seeing it that way from the beginning... From day one, I never thought about opening a second branch, J.BURGER was born this way. Now I understand that I made the right decision. Maybe the circumstances demanded it, as I also have a child in the industry, maybe that's why I couldn't find the time. But whatever I did, I believe I did it right. The service industry won't last if you don't do what's required, and nowadays, people pay attention to that. Especially my customers are very particular about this, and I couldn't risk it. I don't believe in the mentality of 'If it doesn't work, we'll close it down or sell it.' In short, I believe this place should be one of the 'unique' places in the world."
